7: Take the TN-91 N ramp toward STONEY CREEK/SHADY VALLEY.

8: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto TN-91/STONY CREEK RD/SHADY VALLEY.

9: Turn RIGHT onto BLUE SPRINGS RD at 2ND RED LIGHT.

10: After 1 mile, BLUE SPRINGS RD becomes STEEL BRIDGE RD.

11: Continue on STEEL BRIDGE RD across two-lane concrete bridge.

12: Turn right as soon as you cross the bridge.

13: Office is the brown brick house at 141 Steel Bridge Rd.

14: Pick up envelope with contract and keys in the Bee Cliff Cabins mailbox on the driver's side if no one is home.
