Arrival Instructions
Please check in at the office first to sign your contract and receive your keys! The address is 141 Steel Bridge Rd, Elizabethton, TN 37643. Cabins are located 1 mile away, towards Watauga Dam at 406 Wilbur Dam Rd. If you are not arriving between the hours of 9AM-6PM please contact the office at 423 512 1198 to make arrangements for key pickup.
Airport
The closest commercial airport is Tri-Cities Regional Airport. It is a 45-minute drive. There is also a closer smaller airport, Elizabethton Municipal Airport for private jets. This is only 15 minutes away. There is car rental available at both.
Getting around
A car is pretty much needed in this area to get around but if a member of your party is arriving later or you need a ride, call Doe River Taxi- 423-297-1500
Amenities
Each cabin comes equipped with extra bed linens and towels, kitchenware, cable TV, Wi-fi, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, outdoor grill, cozy fire pit, and shady front porch.
Pricing
Prices listed are for two people. Each additional person is $10/per night. Children under 2 are free.
The Lodge price is listed for four people. Each additional person is $10/per night. Children under 2 free.
There is a 2 night minimum. We will allow single night stays Monday-Thursday but there will be a $20 cleaning fee added.
Bristol Speedway Race weekends, special events and holiday prices are subject to our discretion. Please fill out the reservation inquiry page to confirm pricing.
Guests making reservations must be over 25 years old.

Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your cabin and can be made via credit card or check mailed to the office at 141 Steel Bridge Rd, Elizabethton, TN 37643.

We accept cash and most major credit cards.

Occupancy
The maximum number of guests varies with each cabin. Due to fire restrictions, please do not exceed the capacity of guests on your rental agreement.
Docks / Boating Information
All of Bee Cliff Cabins have access to a dock on the Watauga River. The dock is located right in front of Cabins 1, 2 and 3.
Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
We know you love "Pepper" and want to bring her along. We allow dogs in Cabin 15 (Sports Retreat) where we have a fenced-in yard, and we welcome small dogs only in Cabin 12 (The Homestead). The fee is $100 per dog (limit 2). Please give us a call if you're planning on bringing a dog. We have size limitations and must approve all dogs before confirming the reservation. If pets are found in any cabin without permission, guests will be required to leave immediately and forfeit their remaining vacation days and deposit. Additional charges will be applied for any property damage.
No Smoking and No Vaping
Our cabins are smoke-free and vape free. Violators will be charged a fee of $200.
Reunions, Retreats, Corporate Groups and Special Occasions
Many folks have reunited their families and friends or hosted special events at Bee Cliff Cabins with great success. We can accommodate up to 98 guests. Please contact us for more information and availability.
